Hira Akbar is a junior completing her B.S. in Behavioral Neuroscience with a minor in Biology. With a strong interest in neuroanatomy and developmental cognitive neuroscience, she is drawn to research at the intersection of these fields. After graduation, she plans to attend medical school and pursue a career in neurosurgery. In her free time, Hira loves to read literary fiction, watch movies, and learn ancient history.
